 Ciao Ciao Newsletter Autumn Term – Week 9 Dear Parents, This week’s theme was Black History! The children had a wonderful time exploring Black culture. They enjoyed two art and craft activities where they created a heart made of hands and a peace ☮️ symbol.  Ciao Ciao Newsletter Autumn Term – Week 8 Dear Parents, This week’s theme was *Bonfire*! The children had a wonderful time exploring this exciting topic. They enjoyed two art and craft activities where they created beautiful firework drawings. The children had a wonderful time — they made skeletons using cotton buds, lanterns, and spiders with black paint. Dear Parents, This week’s theme was “People Who Help Us”! The children drew their homes and created their very own family trees. 🌟 Vocabulary Focus This week, we introduced the following words: Mother, father, sister, brother, siblings, grandpa, grandma, and more. 🌟 Group Time Highlights • We read the book Family • Sang nursery rhymes • Practised counting from 1 to 10 • Continued practising colours 🌟 Montessori Activity This week, we explored Montessori activity boards (also known as busy boards). These wonderful educational tools stimulate development through hands-on play.
