Summer Term, Week 1

Dear Parents,

😊

Our topic for the next two weeks will be “Science”!

This week, the children explored three fun experiments with colours:

They coloured paper sheets and created a rainbow by dipping the paper into water.

For the second experiment, they collected flowers, smashed the petals, and made natural paint!

. the children used polystyrene and attached it with water during an activity.

During group time, we read the story of “Cinderella”, sang nursery rhymes, we talked about insect, and continued practicing numbers from 1 to 10.

Our Montessori activity for the week was learning how to lace shoes.

Here’s a little overview of our week:

Monday: In our Italian lesson, we practiced speaking Italian! ⭐️

Tuesday: We didn’t have cooking class as it was induction day for children returning after the Easter holidays. 🐣

Wednesday: We collected flowers and made beautiful bookmarks!

Thursday: During computer science, we practiced using the mouse. πŸ–₯️

Friday: In Drama class, we acted out Cinderella and practiced using the rhythm sticks! 🀩
